This quality holiday apartment is situated on a modern marina and sleeps up to five. 
 
The booking periods are in blocks of one week (seven nights). 
 
Guest are expected to arrive on a Saturday, between 3pm (15:00) and 6pm (18:00) and to depart the following Saturday, before 10am (10:00).  
 
All amounts are to be paid in full, in £'s (GBP) or in €'s (Euros), in advance of your stay at the holiday apartment.  
 
For bookings covering a period of two weeks or more, there is a discount of 10% available. 
 
Cross over weeks - for instance Wednesday to Wednesday - may be available depending on other bookings. Please contact us to check. Prices for part weeks can also be discussed. 
 
The booking form will reserve the week(s) for you for ten days, until we have your full payment. We aim to reply to confirm any reservations, by email, within 48 hours. 
 
A refundable security deposit of £150 (€210) per week will also be required. This deposit is to cover us for any damage to, or theft from the rental holiday home during your stay and, provided there are no concerns, it will be returned within 10 days of the end of your vacation.
